1. How does it work?
Browse tons of offers within the SUTP Mobile App using a variety of filters and searches. Once you've found an offer, complete a simple redemption process and present the clerk with the SUTP Confirmation Number on screen. Enjoy your discount and keep on saving! 2. Where can I purchase my unique code to activate the SUTP Mobile App?
The SUTP Mobile App is sold for $20 by schools and not-for-profit organizations throughout Alberta - just like the book! Find an organization fundraising and contact them to purchase your sealed SUTP Mobile App Passcode card.

3. How do I access the Mobile App?
Register your Mobile App Passcode to your Membership Account and download the app from the App Store or Google Play to start saving. View our Setup Guide for step-by-step instructions.

4. Are the Mobile App and Coupon Book identical?
No. The SUTP Mobile App is a step into the future and at this time not every company is able to accommodate virtual transactions within their operations system. However, to celebrate our 30th Anniversary we have added a handful of No Purchase Necessary offers to the app only. 5. Can I access my Mobile App on multiple devices?
Yes. Download the SUTP Mobile App on as many devices as you'd like and login using your existing Membership Account.

6. Are there different Mobile Apps for each city?
We currently offer 4 different Mobile Apps based on our current publications - Calgary, Edmonton, Medicine Hat & Red Deer. Users will make their city selection upon registering their Mobile App Passcode to their Membership Account.

7. Can I purchase more than one Mobile App?
Yes. Once you have created your Membership Account, simply login and visit your Membership Profile to register as many Mobile App Passcodes as you'd like. You can view your registered codes at any time on your Member Profile or on the Account page directly within the Mobile App.

Functionality

1. How do I switch between cities if I have multiple Mobile Apps activated?
Once logged into the Mobile App, visit the "Account" page to view your current active city, as well as switch between different cities.

2. Why isn't my current location showing on the "Nearby" page?
Upon opening the "Nearby" view for the first time you will be prompted to allow your current location in order to find offers near you. You can visit your web browsers settings and find "Enable Location" to adjust this preference.

    1. Where can I buy an SUTP Coupon Book?
    SUTP Coupon Books are sold by schools and not-for-profit organizations throughout Alberta. To find the organization nearest you click here.

    2. How many SUTP Coupon Books are available?
    The SUTP Coupon Book is currently published for Calgary, Edmonton, Medicine Hat & Red Deer.

    3. What offers are in the coupon book?
    With up to $25,000 in savings the SUTP Coupon Book has something for everyone, including tons of offers for fast food, merchandise, travel, auto and more! To view a complete list of the offers in the SUTP Coupon Book click here.

    4. When do the offers expire?
    The majority of the SUTP Coupon Book is valid for one full year, or until the following August 31st. Some offers are time-sensitive or seasonal and may state otherwise. All coupons are clearly marked with expiration.

    By registering your unique SUTP Coupon Book code to your Membership Account you unlock thousands more in online, printable savings. Simply visit your Member Profile and enter the code in the "SUTP Product Activation" section.

    1. Why do I need an SUTP Membership account?
    Creating an SUTP Membership Account allows you to register your SUTP products and gives you access to exclusive online discounts, member-only contests and more! If you haven't already created an account, click here to get started.

    2. How do I register my SUTP products?
    Once you have created your Membership Account, simply login using the link at the top of the homepage to access your Member Profile. Enter your SUTP Coupon Book or Mobile App codes in the section labelled "SUTP Product Activation" and click the "Add SUTP Product" button.

    3. How do I update my account information?
    Update any of your account information by logging into your account at www.sutp.com. Your information can be edited directly on your Member Profile. Be sure to click "Update" if you change any of your account information.

    1. How does the SUTP fundraising campaign work?
    The SUTP Fundraising Campaign is run by schools and not-for-profit organizations of Alberta. Organizations work with our representatives to arrange a fall campaign. You will receive delivery of your product and support materials before school starts leaving you plenty of time to get your campaign organized. Promote your campaign using the many materials, resources and tools we provide for a successful campaign. Once you decide to wrap up, we will take back and unsold product at no charge, leaving you with 50% profit (less GST) on every item sold.

    2. How can my organization fundraise with SUTP?
    Contact our head office and we will put you in touch with one of our local representatives.

    3. We are ready to wrap up our campaign, what now?
    When you have completed your campaign and all money and unsold product has been collected, contact your SUTP Fundraising Representative and they will arrange to drop by and finalize your campaign.

    4. What extra tools does SUTP provide to help fundraise?
    SUTP offers a variety of ways to help promote your fundraising efforts...
  • Support Materials - SUTP provides a number of useful print materials including Take-Home Brochures, Collection Envelopes & Posters delivered with your product in the fall.
  • Fundraising Tools - You will have access to a number of additional online tools including SUTP imagery and sample Take-Home Letters.
  • SUTP Community - We also offers our Twitter and Facebook pages as a safe form of media to help promote your fundraising efforts to a large number of local people.

    Merchant Accounts

    1. What does creating a Mobile App Merchant Account do for me?
    Creating an SUTP Merchant Account allows you immediate access to your coupon redemption statistics via www.sutp.com. This will help with tracking redemptions as well producing statistics and demographics about your customers.

    2. How do I create an account and start viewing my redemption statistics?
    Create an SUTP Merchant Account by visiting the Advertising page and clicking "Advertiser Signup" at the top of the screen. In the registration form you will be required to enter your company information and location. We will respond to your merchant signup to verify who you are and grant you account access to your stats. Once that is complete you can login at anytime to see offer redemption statistics and user demographics.
