English Bay Gourmet Cookie Dough is packed in a colourful collectable pail, with tamper proof lid for safety. Each pail contains 3 pounds of dough, except Shortbread which is 2.4 pounds - enough cookie dough to make approximately two dozen, one ounce cookies. The product is shipped in easily handled 18 pound cases containing one flavour per case (full case sales only, please). Even though English Bay Gourmet Cookie Dough is delivered frozen, it can be refrozen if partially thawed. Your customers can store it in the refrigerator for 90 days, or up to a year in the freezer.
